It is possible to have the clothes and textiles embroidered and/or printed. Also we can produce prints in the form of transfers, that you can print by yourself using a heat-press or an iron. For all techniques there's one common rule: the more you order, the cheaper it gets. Here's an overview of the most common techniques:
Plastisol Transfer
Screenprint plastisol transfers are suitable as well for small as for large quantities. Because it's often possible to print multiple transfers on the same sheet, the cost effectiveness is extremely good. The inkt is printed on the transferpaper in mirror and is then furnished with a layer of glue. These transfers can then be printed on the clothes using a heat-press or an iron. The result is a nice smooth layer of inkt which is almost as durable as a direct screenprint. An advantage of this technique is that highly detailed images which cannot be printed with flex are possible as well.
Noteworthy:
- All standard colours as well as PANTONE colours without additional costs possible.
- Suitable for textiles made of 100% cotton, polyester garments, nylon jackets, umbrellas, working clothes, sweaters, t-shirts, caps, etc.
- Perfect for printing on "difficult" textiles.
- Excellent results when printing highly detailed images and / or small letters.
- Max. print area: single colour => 32cm x 48cm, multi colour => A3 (29.7cm x 42cm). Multiple transfers can be printed on a sheet within this area. As a result the cost effectiveness of this method is sometimes even better than a direct screenprint.
- Press at 160°C, min. 10 sec at about 2 bar. Remove application warm to the touch.
- Very usefull when frequently printing shirts with always the same logo.
- Send files per e-mail as PDF, CDR or EPS. If these formats are not possible, send as TIF (300dpi).
- Delivery time about 5-7 working days.

If you don't want to print the transfers on the textiles yourself, we can do it for you. Additional cost: per print.
Flex-print
An alternative for screenprint. With our plotter we can cut names, numbers, vectordrawings etc. and heat-fixate them with our transferpress. Using this robust technique, we can easily make unique shirts. This technique is mostly applied when 'printing' low quantities (15 pieces or less) of shirts. Possible are text (eg Windows TrueType Fonts and simple logo's (consisting of simple circles, rectangles etc.). The material that we use herefore is heavy duty quality, can be washed on 60 degrees and is available in all common colors . Because it can be very timeconsuming to convert designs to the right vector- format, we have to charge extra when needed.
Noteworthy:

Here's an overview of the available colours:
Note: While Color Chart Colours are difficult to simulate on a computer screen, daylight fluorescent "NEON/FLUOR" colors are indeed impossible to replicate on a computer monitor. We present these to you simply to give an idea of the range of colours available.
Embroidery
Embroideries provide your textiles a very noble vibe. On the opposite to flex- or screenprint, an embroidery with multiple colours almost results in no additional costs. Using top-quality yarn, the colours don't lose their brilliancy even after several washes. These are some aspects making the quality-price ratio extremely well.
Noteworthy:
- Suitable for sweatshirts, poloshirts, shirts, jackets, bodywarmers, working clothes, towels, bathrobes, baseball-caps, horse blankets, ties, bags, fleece, etc.
- Possible for 5 pieces and up.
- Max. embroidery area: 30cm x 20cm
- Individual names possible
- Send files per e-mail as PDF, CDR or EPS. Other formats must be processed what can lead to additional charges!
When the textiles for embroidery are delivered by yourself, please note the following:
- Stretchable fabrics are more difficult to embroider and the result can be less convincing.
- Small cheast pockets or pockets of jackets sometimes cannot be embroidered, because the head of the embroidery machine does not fit in the pocket.
Inquire a non-binding offer. Important: the inquiry of an offer absolutely requires the files to be in EPS or CDR format. Also don't forget to specify the sizes [cm x cm] of the embroideries and the position (ea. left foreside, upper right sleeve, backside, etc.) Not all fonts are suitable for embroidery. Also very small letters often cannot be realized.
All above-noted prices already include discount. Therefore no extra discount can be granted.
